Popular LIDL Supermarket is 3 minutes’ walk from the villa, 6 minutes’ walk to Valessia Polyclinic A bus stop is located in the close proximity of the complex. Larnaca International Airport is a 40-minutes drive from the complex. Agia Napa is 10 minutes away.
Our company offers 2 villas in the same complex (opposite each other), which makes it convenient for groups or more families to enjoy their holiday close to each other. Each villa has a private outdoor swimming pool.
The amenities of the luxury rental cover even the most demanding visitor, having all the comforts that one would expect to find in a modern luxurious residence.
The villa offers spacious modern fully fitted kitchen, cozy and beautifully furnished living space with Smart TV, dining area which have easy access to private swimming pool and guest toilet on the ground level. All rooms have Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The villa is suitable for a comfortable stay of a company of 6 persons.
Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom is with double bed, and another bedroom with 2 two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is also a family bathroom with bath tub.
Outside, the is a large terrace with a dining area, barbecue and private swimming pool with sun beds and a lovely green garden.
