Villa Ekaterina Heights 3 bdrm is situated in a cozy private villa complex and offers tranquility and relaxation. The complex is located in a quiet and beautifull area of Pernera, a short walk from Pernera Centre, Golden Coast Fishing Shelter and Kalamies Beach.
The Villa offers spacious modern fully equipped kitchen, large well furnished living space with SMART TV, dining area which has easy access to private swimming pool, and guest toilet on the ground level.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, private bathroom and balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and a balcony, and the third is a bedroom with twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is also a family bathroom with bath tub.
The sunny garden and pool area provide plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing and fresco dining.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival
Cancellation of booking due to restrictive measures in the country of residence or in Cyprus free of charge any time
Minimum stay from October to May: 4 days
Minimum stay from June – September: 6 days

Policies
- Listed Prices include 20 KWh of electricity per day which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.39 Kwh
- Small pets are allowed on request, the additional charge may be applied
- Check in: 15:00 / Check out: 11:00
- Up to 6 pax staying
- There is possibility to accommodate one additional guest on a folding portable bed with extra charge €20 per night
- A baby cot and high chair are available, if required (free of charge)
