Konnos Villa Ekaterina 3 bedroom No. 15 is superbly situated in a quiet private villa complex known as Green Bay, which is located in Cavo Greco area, is a 7-minutes’ on foot from the sandy Mimosa Beach, 14-minutes’ walk from the famous Konnos Beach and just a 3- minutes’ walk from bus stop on the mail local route Ayia Napa – Protaras.
A convenience store is a 2-minutes’ walk away.
We would like to inform you that our company can offer our guests for accommodation 3 villas in the same complex:
- two 3-bedroom houses, No. 8 and 15, and 4-bedroom house No. 1.+
- It could be a good option for group reservations to enjoy their holiday next to each other.

The house is a detached 2-story building with a swimming pool and a small garden.
On the ground floor there are spacious equipped kitchen, large living space with flat screen TV, dining area which has an easy access to private swimming pool and a veranda, a guest toilet with shower.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed, balcony and a bathroom, a bedroom with double bed and a balcony and a bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is also a family bathroom with bath tub.

Cancelations - Discounts - Bonus system
- The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
- The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel less than 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellation of booking due to restrictive measures in the country of residence or in Cyprus free of charge any time.
- Minimum stay: 6 days, shorter booking may be possible upon request.
- Special offers and discounts may apply depending on the booking length.
Policies
- Listed Prices include 20 KWh of electricity per day, which is enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.39 KWh.
- Small pets are allowed on request only. Additional charges may apply.
- Check in: 15:00 / Check out: 11:00.
- Up to 6 pax staying.
- There is possibility to accommodate one additional guest on a folding bed with extra charge €20 per night.
- A baby cot and high chair are available, if required (free of charge).
- Wi-Fi (free) and air-conditioning throughout.
- 250 Euro Refundable Security Deposit for Accidental Damages and Extra Electricity Consumption.
