On the ground floor there are modern fully fitted kitchen, spacious and beautifully furnished living space with Smart TV, dining area which have easy access to private swimming pool. On the same floor are also spacious bedroom with double bed, bathroom and extra guest toilet.
On the top floor, there is a master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with a double bed, and third bedroom with twin wide single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. A family bathroom is also located on this floor.
All rooms have Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The villa is suitable for a comfortable stay of a company of 8 people, with the possibility of accommodating one additional guest on a folding portable.
The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped with greenery. It consists of a lounge zone, a swimming pool along with a parasol and sunbeds, a dining area with its BBQ station and a pool shower.

- The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival
- Cancellation of booking due to restrictive measures in the country of residence or in Cyprus free of charge any time
- Minimum stay: 5 days

Policies
- Listed Prices include 120 KWh of electricity per day which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.28 Kwh.
- Small pets are allowed on request.
- Check in: 16:00 / Check out: 11:00.
- Up to 8 pax staying.
- There is possibility to accommodate one additional guest on a folding portable bed with extra charge €10 per night.
- A baby cot and high chair are available if required (free of charge).
- Beach towels are available upon request. The deposit is €10 for each towel, regardless of the rental period.
