The house is a detached 2-story building designed in modern Mediterranean style with a spacious courtyard, swimming pool and a veranda.
On the ground floor there are a spacious equipped kitchen, a living space with flat screen TV, a dining area and a guest toilet with shower. There is also a bedroom with double bed and with easy access to the pool area.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with double bed and a balcony and a bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is also a family bathroom with bath tub on the first floor.

Cancelations - Discounts - Bonus system
- The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
- The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel less than 30 days before arrival.

- Listed Prices include 25 KWh of electricity per day, which is enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.39 KWh.
- Small pets are allowed on request only. Additional charges may apply.

- Up to 8 pax staying.
- There is possibility to accommodate one additional guest on a folding bed with extra charge €20 per night.
