The Villa has an excellent location. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the Centre of Pernera area, where there are many bars, taverns, restaurants, shops, excursion offices and rental companies.

And in just 5 minutes on foot you can reach the nearest sandy and lovely Pernera and Polyxenia beaches.

There is a taxi station next to the complex and a bus stop on the Protaras-Ayia Napa route is a 5-munutes’ walk.

The house is a detached 2-story building with a swimming pool and a courtyard.

On the ground floor there are a large equipped kitchen with a dining area, a guest toilet, a spacious living room with a small office area. The living room has an easy access to the private swimming pool and a small veranda.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is also a family bathroom with bath tub on the first floor.

The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel less than 30 days before arrival.

Listed Prices include 20 KWh of electricity per day, which is enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.39 KWh.
