Konnos Villa Ekaterina 3 bedroom No. 8 is superbly situated in a quiet private villa complex known as Green Bay, which is located in Cavo Greco area, is a 7-minutes’ on foot from the sandy Mimosa Beach, 14-minutes’ walk from the famous Konnos Beach and just a 3- minutes’ walk from bus stop on the mail local route Ayia Napa – Protaras.

A convenience store is a 2-minutes’ walk away.

We would like to inform you that our company can offer our guests for accommodation 3 villas in the same complex:

two 3-bedroom houses, No. 8 and 15, and 4-bedroom house No. 1.

It could be a good option for group reservations to enjoy their holiday next to each other.

The house is a detached 2-story building with a swimming pool and a small garden.

On the ground floor there are spacious equipped kitchen, large living space with flat screen TV, dining area which has an easy access to private swimming pool and a veranda, a guest toilet with shower.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed, balcony and a bathroom, a bedroom with double bed and a balcony and a bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is also a family bathroom with bath tub.

Listed Prices include 20 KWh of electricity per day, which is enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.39 KWh.
