And in just 10 minutes on foot you can reach the nearest sandy Pernera and Polyxenia beaches, the cozy and lovely Kalamies Beach is a 15-minutes’ walk away.
There is a bus stop on the Protaras-Ayia Napa route is a 5-munutes’ walk.

The house is a detached 2-story building with a swimming pool and a courtyard.
On the ground floor there are an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a guest toilet and a spacious living room.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and a balcony, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is also a family bathroom with bath tub on the first floor.

The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel less than 30 days before arrival.
