On the ground floor there are a spacious equipped kitchen, a cozy, authentic living area with Smart TV, a dining area which has an easy access to the swimming pool and a guest toilet.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed, balcony and ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with double bed and a balcony and a bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is also a family bathroom with bath tub.

Cancelations - Discounts
- The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
- The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel less than 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellation of booking due to restrictive measures in the country of residence or in Cyprus free of charge any time.
- Minimum stay: 6 days, shorter booking may be possible upon request.
- Special offers and discounts may apply depending on the booking length.

- Listed Prices include 20 KWh of electricity per day, which is enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro 0.39 KWh.
- Small pets are allowed on request only. Additional charges may apply.

- There is possibility to accommodate one additional guest on a folding bed with extra charge €20 per night.
