The villa is located in just two minutes’ walk from Vrysoudia beach and four minutes’ walk from Sirena Bay beach, seven minutes’ walk to Paralimni marina, as well as many restaurants, bars and various cafeterias within walking distance. A bus stop is located in the close proximity of the complex. Larnaca International Airport is a 45-minute drive from the complex. Agia Napa is 10 minutes away.

On the ground floor there are cozy, authentic living area with a widescreen Smart TV, dining area which have easy access to private swimming pool, and guest bathroom. All rooms have Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The villa is suitable for a comfortable stay of a company of 6 persons.

On the upstairs there are three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. One bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and balcony with sea view. The second bedroom has a double bed and a balcony overlooking the sea, the third bedroom has two single beds. There is also a family bathroom.
